Rain OR Shine?
If you looked at the weather forecast before this session, you probably would have thought we were going to have to reschedule.
It had been pouring rain just before we started. In fact, we even had to hide under a little farmhouse for a bit while we waited for the rain to let up.
But then something beautiful happened.
The rain stopped, the light changed, and we were able to create some of my favorite images from the session.
As a photographer in the Austin and Manor area, I’ve learned that unpredictable weather doesn’t always mean we need to cancel. Sometimes, it simply means we need to be flexible.
Of course, there are times when rescheduling is the safest and best option.
Heavy rain, lightning, strong winds, or unsafe conditions are never worth risking your family or your experience.
But if it’s simply a little rain?
Don’t panic. We might just end up creating something even more beautiful than we planned.
Your photoshoot doesn’t have to be perfect to be beautiful. Sometimes the unexpected moments become the ones you remember most.
